This is easy! Store bought gluten free crust... Spread with pesto, layer with summer squash or zucchini . Some roasted garlic, Carmelized shallots, fresh oregano and feta cheese.... Sprinkle on a bit of shredded mozarella some capers...salt, pepper...bake at 425 for 10 minutes....d-lish-ous
