Chai tea or tai chi?

  1. Been without coffee or tea for a month now.....Jonesing for Chai.
    2 cinnamon sticks,2 star anise,2tsp whole cloves, 1tsp whole black pepper, 2Tbl whole cardamom pods, 4 freshly sliced ginger coins,
    Simmer in 4 cups water. steep with 2cups milk, or soy, almond etc and 1/4c black black tea for 5 min... (Im trying it with smoky Lapsang Souchong)....Sweeten with honey.
